Recharge on your Mobile, DTH, Data Card and Bill Payments are real-time transactions and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the site, and money has been charged to your Way 2 Pay Wallet but a recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for any reason, then you may inform us by sending us an email on our support email or posting us a message on the contact us page, it will be refunded in your Way 2 Pay Wallet.

Please note that as soon as the transaction fails, money automatically get added into your wallet. You can either utilise this amount by recharging again or use for any other services which we are providing in our website.

We request you to include in the email the following details:

  • The mobile number/DTH account number/data card number/Postpaid
  • Operator name
  • Recharge amount
  • Transaction date & Time
